Our Process

Our advice is to be prepared, get out there go visit some showrooms, look on social media and start to firm up your ideas. Talk to other builders, friends and designers, definitely get a quote or two. This can take 1 week to 1 month then ring me when you are sure. I suggest this method so you acquire the greatest knowledge and you are comfortable with your final decision. And don’t ever forget the cheapest quote you get has nothing to do with quality.

This is an introductory meeting between us to explore your ideas and to see if I am the right fit for you. We will talk at length about what you want to achieve. I will fully measure the job help you design it, provide spreadsheets of all materials required. If you then decide to continue I will provide a full quotation and presentation at our next meeting (Consultation No.2).

This consultation occurs after you have visited my recommended suppliers and made your final decisions. I have now determined the final costing and we will have a final presentation and quote acceptance. Now the fun begins. Unlike other companies we do not require quote acceptance before design as we do not overestimate our jobs.

There is nothing left for you to do but sit back relax and use your noise cancelling headphones if working from home, we will make this as painless as possible for you. Typical constructions range from 3-5 weeks.

Its finally over and when I said I’d be there start to finish I didn’t lie. The hand over process will involve myself personally cleaning the job, getting on my hands and knees to make sure everything is satisfactory and all I’ll ask for is a nice review before I sail off into the sunset.
